Member Resources
Occassionally I run across something that I think the club may find useful
1. As some of you already know a good indicator of a motivated seller is vacant property. Another plus would be if the property owner lives out of state. They may be motivated to sell at a discount vs. dealing with a long distance hassle, especially if the property needs repair. I have uploaded a list of Bell County out of state residential property owners on the meetup site. So if any of you are interested you can get it here.
2. Banks want to loan money. Put together a book that has all the information you banker needs to say "yes"! This PDF guide booklet will help you compile a solid proposal for your banker.
