We’re off and running
Time really flew during our last get-together. Krisa got a phone call and told the caller that she should be done around 11:30 without realizing that it was already 12:30! It’s kind of like when you go out to dinner with really good friends and you’re so preoccupied with conversation that you keep forgetting to decide on what you’re going to order. We had so much fun getting to know one another that we didn’t have time to even finish the game! There were 5 of us this time and we played 202. Mike had to play tutor because the rest of us were playing 202 for the first time. He was very patient and helped guide us through many deals. Overall we had an excellent time and learned quite a bit!

2. It goes without saying that playing Cashflow provides a unique learning opportunity in and of itself. However, playing with others who have similar interests can also provide a forum to query and question different topics. For example, we picked Mike’s brain about stock options. Plus, Fabian and Krisa were contemplating a deal on a multi-plex property and Gilbert was able to provide accurate numbers for them (through his own resources as a broker) to help them make a more informed decision. Mike also had a few questions for Gilbert about commercial property. This is a big reason I wanted to start a Cashflow club when I moved here. I knew it would be a good way to meet others who were on the same page. I definitely need all the help I can get. If you are still wondering if this is for you…there’s only one way to find out
